Refunds

At Tekken Merch, we are committed to delivering top-notch products made from premium materials and ensuring timely and accurate shipment. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a comprehensive Return and Exchange policy. You are covered for a generous 30-day period from the date of purchase if you encounter any of the following issues:

• The product exhibits flaws or defects.
• The print quality does not meet your expectations.
• There are substantial differences between the final product received and the image presented on the product page.

Cancellations and modifications

You have the option to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. This is because we typically ship orders once daily, and once your order is shipped, it cannot be altered until it arrives at your doorstep. At that point, if necessary, you can initiate a return for a refund.

Please note that requests to cancel or modify orders that involve the use of promo codes are exempt from this cancellation policy. For more details, please refer to the Coupon | Promo | Discount codes section below.

• Discount, promo, or coupon codes cannot be applied to past, current, or pending orders.
• Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Promo codes cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions.

Replacement and exchanges

We generally don’t process refunds for incorrect selections of sizes, designs, colors, and similar factors.

However, we strive to assist our customers by offering replacements, with only the shipping fee and a small handling fee applicable (the handling fee may vary depending on the product type, such as Hoodies or Sweatshirts).

If you receive a product that is a different size or image than what you ordered, or if the size chart on our website is incorrect, we’re happy to provide a refund or send you a replacement free of charge.

Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we are committed to finding a solution for any issues you may encounter with your purchase. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll work to resolve the matter promptly.

Please note that there may be a slight difference of up to 20% between the advertised images and the actual item received. This variation could be due to factors such as lighting during photography or differences in monitor displays.

In the rare event of any dissatisfaction, we will gladly cover the cost of re-shipping the item. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we are always here to assist you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.
